This position reports to the Operational Coordination of Selva Maya and Mesoamerican Reef in Mexico. **Responsibilities and Scope** =============================== * Support the team to align efforts, ensure efficiency, and focus on results. * Implement mechanisms to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and report results clearly and strategically. * Monitor the progress of landscape strategies, document statistical evidence, and maintain internal monitoring and evaluation systems updated to ensure accuracy in measuring action impacts and contributions to goals. * Contribute to ensuring agreements and actions defined in strategic planning are implemented on time and progress is measured. * Support proposal and report development by maintaining organized information, writing clear and accurate content, defining geospatial analysis needs, analyzing relevant data, synthesizing key findings, and adapting communication to different audience needs. * Facilitate coordination with local actors, promoting synergies and effective collaboration. * Supervise, train, guide, and develop staff, including performance mentoring processes and supporting professional development planning. * Demonstrate supervisory skills and strive for continuous improvement. * Hold themselves and others accountable for performance expectations. * Frequently make decisions independently based on analysis, experience, and context. * Be available and enthusiastic about traveling up to 30% of the time, including visits to communities in southeastern Mexico, Mexico City, and some international trips.
