Job Functions or Activities 1. Handle assigned Service Reports promptly 2. Report on services entering Shipping Control 3. Make timely phone calls to customers regarding shipments entered into Shipping Control 4. Generate reports for shipments requiring them 5. Daily physical reconciliation of delivery manifests and returns for local routes Requirements Education: High School or Technical Career in Administration or related field Customer Service: 6 months experience Problem-solving, personnel management Office Software: Basic skills.
