Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement A leading Mexican multiple-banking institution in payroll-deducted personal loan placements within the government sector, with over 3,000 employees, is seeking, due to expansion: Treasury Specialist Job Objective: Timely and accurate updating of bank account statements, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial information supporting various operational and accounting processes. Ensuring proper recording, control, and disbursement of reimbursements, as well as reconciliation with the accounting department. This role requires close collaboration with various departments of the bank to achieve efficient and precise management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration (graduated or intern). Experience and Knowledge: ? Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, collections, or similar functions within the financial or banking sector. ? Proficiency in electronic banking platforms. ? Experience in collections and payment concentration. ? Handling of confidential information. ? Advanced use of Microsoft Office and/or Google applications. ? Accounting knowledge for bank reconciliations. Desirable (Nice to have): ? Knowledge of payment disbursement. ? Experience using SPEI applications. Functions and Responsibilities: * Generate and download bank statements. * Place statements in the path established by the SACCSA system. * Monitor, process, and close daily operations in SACCSA. * Update bank account statements. * Load collections into the ODS system. * Reconcile loaded funds versus bank movements. * Execute commissions and payment splits. * Set up accounts for reimbursement disbursement. * Carry out disbursement and confirm its execution. * Address clarifications from internal departments and external institutions. * Follow up on audit requests. * Conduct procedures with banking institutions. * Reconcile concentrator checkbooks against accounting records. * Record transactions ≥ $200 million via SPEI.
