




Job Description: **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute bank payments, transfers, and SPEI operations. * Monitor and track payment disbursements to suppliers and employees. * Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis. * Assist in the preparation of cash flow reports. * Safeguard and organize payment and transfer receipts. * Coordinate with the accounting department for accurate integration of financial information. * Follow up on bank transactions and resolve inquiries with financial institutions. * Prepare payroll envelopes. * Process payroll payments. * File payment receipts. **Requirements:** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in treasury or finance. * Required experience in bank payments and SPEI operations. * Knowledge of bank reconciliations. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility. * Basic English proficiency. **Desirable Competencies:** * Numerical analysis ability. * Professional confidentiality and ethics. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Results-oriented.
