**General Accountant – Mérida / Umán, Yucatán** **PROYECTOS OLIVO**, a company dedicated to the development and management of industrial projects, is seeking a **General Accountant** responsible for overseeing general accounting, coordinating cost analysis, ensuring tax compliance, and guaranteeing the accurate flow of financial information through ERP systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the company's general accounting, ensuring timely and accurate accounting records. * Supervise the proper application of tax and accounting regulations. * Coordinate cost analysis, financial reporting, and cash flow. * Manage payments, collections, and treasury projections. * Lead the accounting team and monitor compliance with tax obligations. * Verify the correct integration of accounting data into the **ERP (Odoo)** system. * Prepare documentation for audits and tax reviews. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated, mandatory). * **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in general accounting and 2 years in financial analysis, cost analysis, or accounting supervision. * **Software:** Excel (intermediate level), ERP (Odoo or similar), Contpaq or Aspel. * **Age:** 28 to 40 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Skills:** Analytical thinking, organization, decision-making, continuous improvement, leadership, and teamwork. **We Offer:** * **Net Salary:** $16,000 to $18,000 per month (paid weekly). * **Grocery Vouchers:** $1,200 per month (paid weekly). * **Statutory Benefits** from day one (IMSS, INFONAVIT, 15-day year-end bonus). * Work Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).** * Work Location: **Umán, Yucatán.** * Probation Period: 3 months. **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site job
