




**Position:** Administrative Assistant **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán **Job Objective:** Receiving documents and processing invoices from operational and administrative suppliers **Main Responsibilities:** * Reporting payment request anomalies to the treasury coordinator. * Applying customer advances * Applying payments made by Treasury to payment requests in tracking * Processing daily invoices from AAACESA * Processing operational invoices * Downloading operational invoices from supplier portal * Accounts receivable control **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Accounting, or related business field * Minimum 1 year of experience * Proficiency in Excel and administrative platforms. * Knowledge of Invoice System 4.0 * Skills: organization, effective communication, and results-oriented. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 hrs * Saturdays from 8:30 to 12:30 hrs **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary payment * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * 100% IMSS registration **Work Mode:** On-site **Interested?** Apply now and become part of our growing logistics team!
