Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to support the implementation of People Talent modules, ensuring proper configuration and initial onboarding assistance for customers. Collaborate with Implementation, Development, and Customer Success teams At **People Talent**, we are looking for a person eager to learn, execute, and accompany our customers during their initial stages on the platform. What will be your mission? Provide support in implementing **People Talent** modules, ensuring correct configuration, data loading, and initial guidance so that our customers adopt the platform efficiently and positively. Key Responsibilities: * Support the implementation of system modules (functional testing and data loading). * Provide operational support to customers during the implementation phase. * Train and follow up with key users. * Document processes, manuals, and user guides. * Support internal communication and platform launch with customers (video demos, visual guides). * Collaborate with Implementation, Development, and Customer Success teams. What are we looking for in you? Education and Experience: * Completed or near-completion Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Strategy and Transformation, or related field). * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within HR processes, training, or implementation. * Intermediate English proficiency. Technical Skills: * Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation and cleaning). * Experience using SaaS platforms. * Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Genially, and Moodle.
