This role is key to ensuring our staff have the technical knowledge, confidence, and compliance awareness needed to deliver excellent results in a fast\-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training across all aspects of credit hire, supporting new starters, upskilling existing colleagues, and driving continuous improvement in performance and quality.
