Work schedule from Monday to Saturday 6\. **Payment for successful referrals:** $350 MXN 7\. **Payment for participating in our Social Media Content Generator Program:** up to $100 USD per quarter **Your path to joining our team:** **Initial Preselection:** Upon applying, you will answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **AVI Interview and Brief Call:** If you pass preselection, you will have an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a brief call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance in the process, you will have an interview with the account you applied to. You will receive performance feedback on the same day. **Offer and Onboarding Process:** If the interview is successful, we will extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, we will request the necessary documents, you will manage information upload, complete medical exams, and proceed with contract signing.
