Collaboration with department heads for profile validation **NETWEY is seeking a Talent Attraction Analyst in Centro \- Minatitlán, Veracruz** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst specialized in commercial profiles, accustomed to managing dynamic and demanding recruitment processes. * Location: Minatitlán, Ver. Responsibilities: Posting and promoting job openings on employment boards, social media, and internal and external recruitment sources. Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for operational, administrative, and/or commercial roles. Conducting phone screenings and in-person and virtual competency-based interviews. Coordinating psychometric and technical assessments (administration, follow-up, and basic interpretation). Preparing recruitment process tracking reports and candidate status updates. Coordinating with department heads for profile validation and candidate feedback. End-to-end support throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Participating in job fairs, field recruitment, and talent attraction strategies.
