




Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate launch activities in the painting and body shop areas, managing the installation and commissioning of industrial projects. We are looking for a Project Manager with experience coordinating launch activities in the painting and body shop areas to support an automotive OEM in managing, installing, and commissioning industrial projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, supplier improvements, capacity and capability assessments, and assist key suppliers in achieving industry excellence standards. * Work with suppliers on design control activities, design verification and validation, production and process controls, corrective and preventive actions, complaint handling, risk assessment and management with cross-functional teams, and product quality improvement using tools such as Six Sigma, DFR, etc. * Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment, and provide updates as required. * Ensure timely development or duplication of tests. * Deliver PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for all parts. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to generate Quality documentation. * Ensure supplier compliance with Quality requirements. * Conduct design reviews between Engineering and suppliers. * **Supplier and Process Development:** Determine elements of the Part Quality Plan (PQP) (FAI, capability studies, FMEA, control plan, measurement system R\&R), approve and execute them with the supplier. **Requirements** * Prior experience in quality, manufacturing, product quality, supplier development, or engineering within a manufacturing environment. * Data/Excel proficiency. * Project management experience. * Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex tasks. * Leadership and influence capabilities. * High level of judgment. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes. * Experience with mechanical and electronic commodities (desirable). **Benefits** * Competitive base salary. * Major medical insurance (including dental and vision). * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * 25% vacation premium. * 12 vacation days from the first year. * Social security (IMSS). * Bi-weekly food vouchers. * PTU (profit-sharing).
