Position Summary: We are seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor with experience in the furniture manufacturing industry to manage inventory, material receipt, picking, and warehouse organization. Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and leadership RAW MATERIAL WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR The candidate must be familiar with materials used in the furniture manufacturing industry KNOWLEDGE: Inventory and raw material warehousing (wood, solvents, catalysts, MDF and particleboard panels, plastic laminates, general hardware, spare parts, electrical materials, hand tools, power tools, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Control of physical goods receipt process with physical documentation. Verify physical condition, specifications, quality, and authorized brands of materials * Pick and issue materials and tools requested by the production department, and record them in physical forms and ERP system * Prepare material and tool requisitions based on maximum and minimum stock levels * Organize materials within the warehouse * Manage tools * Rotate warehouse items according to FIFO principle * Strict inventory control, including maximum and minimum stock levels * Receive suppliers and control delivery notes, credit notes, and invoices * Prepare material requisitions according to maximum and minimum stock levels * Maintain organized and classified warehouse materials and assign locations for easy identification * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness * Conduct cycle counts and maintain optimal inventory levels * Maintain organized records and all items stored in the warehouse * Unloading of materials, supplies, consumables, PPE, etc. * Compliance with procedures and policies REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years verifiable warehouse experience (letters of recommendation) * Flexible working hours * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and leadership * Residence near Cuautitlán Izcalli area * Proactive and highly responsible individual Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
