It will be responsible for designing and maintaining the Quality System in the value stream, which involves a proactive approach to prevent defects and quality\-related disruptions, as well as accountability to react to defects to mitigate time and cost impacts. Performs advanced inspections and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality standards. **What You Will Do** * Ensure CQMS is aligned and properly executed within the value stream. * Maintain quality system documentation. * Identify, analyze, and resolve non\-conformances. Investigate issues in finished, semi\-finished, purchased, and interplant materials. * Coordinate the value stream cross\-functional team in the RCCA process, ensuring correct root cause identification for quality events and that appropriate interim and permanent corrective actions are determined, executed, and validated for effectiveness. * Perform measurement systems analysis; collect, analyze, and communicate non\-conformance data. * Coordinate various quality training programs. * Participate in and provide technical support for internal and external audits; follow up on corrective actions resulting from audits. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Aeronautical Engineering (or related fields). * **Languages:** Fluent English (oral and written communication). * **Required Knowledge:** Expertise in roles such as Quality Engineer / Quality Supervisor in manufacturing (ideally metal\-mechanics, machining, assembly). **Quality Management (QMS)** * Design, maintenance, and improvement of CQMS/ISO within the value stream. * APQP: practical knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, SWES, MSA. * Non\-conforming product management and RCCA processes. * Execution of Layered Process Audits (LPA). * Use and interpretation of value stream quality metrics: PPM, FPY, Scrap, BIQ F/N/M. * Measurement systems analysis (MSA) and communication of non\-conformance data. * Interpretation of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) reports. **Manufacturing Standards** * Reading engineering drawings and interpreting specifications (1E). * GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning \& Tolerancing). * Knowledge of machining processes (essential), assembly, and common defects in casting and forging. **Tools and Software** * Systems: ETQ, SAP, Infinity, AQE (any proven experience in QMS/PLM/ERP systems focused on quality). Handling measurement equipment and calibration/acceptance criteria **Top Candidates** * Experience in new plant or ramp\-up (process implementation and line stabilization). * **Certifications:** Lean/6 Sigma (Green Belt), APQP/PPAP, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Advanced GD\&T * Leadership of quality teams (inspectors, specialists, cell leaders); coordination of cross\-functional teams during quality events. * Full execution of RCCA/A3: containment, root cause identification, ICA/PCA, effectiveness verification. * Internal and external audits (ISO, customer, corporate) and corrective action follow\-up. * Deployment and maintenance of quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, records). * Presentation of executive summaries and quality reports to leadership. **Additional Information** * **Location:** Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León facility. * **Work Model:** On\-site, five days per week.
