We are looking for: **Quality Assurance Engineer** **Objective:** Ensure that products, processes, and materials used in manufacturing meet customer quality requirements and automotive standards (such as IATF 16949), through the implementation of control systems, quality assurance, failure analysis, and continuous improvement to prevent defects and ensure product reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems. * Conduct internal and external audits. * Monitor and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement. * Manage non-conformities, complaints, and corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure quality. * Train staff on quality-related topics. * Participate in continuous improvement projects. * Review and validate technical documentation and procedures. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 years * **Knowledge:** * IATF 16949 standards * Quality tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, 8D, PPAP) * Statistical analysis and process control * Intermediate to advanced English * **Skills:** Analytical ability, communication, teamwork, results-oriented mindset **Offer:** * Salary: $30K to $36K * Family Medical Expenses Coverage (available after 3 months for you and your immediate family) * 8% Grocery Vouchers * 9% Savings Fund * 95% Vacation Bonus * Statutory Vacation Days * 30th Day Christmas Bonus * Gasoline Vouchers based on seniority * 100% Subsidized Cafeteria * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **Interested candidates must apply through this channel with their CV.
