The candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training, facilitating hands-on exercises, and sharing automation best practices with both technical and leadership teams. **Responsibilities** * Deliver technical training in test automation using Python, Behave, and Appium. * Design and explain test automation frameworks. * Train QA teams, managers, and directors on concepts and practical applications. * Facilitate hands-on exercises and real-world use cases. * Share best practices for automated testing of web and mobile applications. * Support adoption of automation tools within the team. * Develop assessments and evidence of learning throughout the course. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. · Technical Experience Ø 4+ years in QA Automation / Test Automation. Ø Solid experience with Python. Ø Experience with Behave (BDD). Ø Experience with Appium for mobile automation. Ø Experience building automation frameworks. Knowledge of: * Selenium * CI/CD * Git * API Testing (preferred) · Training Experience * Experience delivering technical courses or mentoring QA or development teams. * Ability to explain technical concepts to operational and managerial audiences. **Skills** · Clear and pedagogical communication. · Ability to structure technical content. · Technical leadership. · Experience guiding technical teams.
