




We are a company specialized in condominium management and are looking for a Condominium Administrator to manage the overall operation of a development. This position requires both strategic and operational focus to ensure efficient administration, high-quality service, and an exceptional experience for residents and visitors. *We are seeking a part-time administrator with leadership and hospitality mindset—not only to manage a condominium but to transform it into a benchmark of excellence, hospitality, and service.* **Position Objective:** Ensure proper administration, operation, and maintenance of the condominium, guaranteeing compliance with internal regulations, optimal use of resources, resident safety, and resident satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the condominium’s operational staff. * Manage budgets, maintenance fees, and financial reports. * Monitor residents’ compliance with internal regulations. * Track suppliers and contractors. * Receive, process, and channel resident complaints, suggestions, and requests. * Prepare periodic operational and expense reports. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of common areas. * Ensure compliance with safety and security standards. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Leadership and personnel management. * Knowledge of financial administration and budgeting. * Supplier and contract management. * Basic knowledge of facility maintenance. * Excellent communication skills. * Organization and planning. * Conflict resolution ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or Hospitality. * Experience in condominium administration (preferred). * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Position Type: Part-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $11,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
