**XCIEN is seeking an Operations Engineer - Electrical Infrastructure and Sites in Monterrey, Nuevo León** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Operations Engineer - Electrical Infrastructure and Sites.** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of electrical installations on site (low and medium voltage). * Coordinate field technician crews. * Review and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams. * Site construction and surveying. * Report project progress, incidents, and requirements. * Control electrical materials on site and manage requisitions. * Ensure electrical safety and compliance with safety regulations on site (STPS, NOM). * Perform functional testing and commissioning. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications sector or companies with Critical Infrastructure. * Battery technologies (Lead-Acid, Lithium). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office, and electrical measurement software (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.). * Ability to interpret and develop single-line diagrams and electrical connection schematics. * Renewable energy systems (photovoltaic and wind). * Leadership ability and team management skills. * Availability for field work and extended hours (as required). **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Vacation bonus: 35%. * Job stability.
