In the operations area, we are seeking an **On-site Systems and Network Technician**, whose primary objective is to provide first-level support to various Sonda Mexico clients. You will receive on-site assignments from your home location and then travel to assigned sites within your zone; this allows you to enjoy a work-life balance. **Technical Responsibilities:** * Router and switch configurations (WAN and LAN levels) * Changing quality-of-service profiles * Remote connection from the cloud * TFTP access * SSH access * IOS updates for routers and switches * Reporting process for checklists with evidence * Loading configurations onto routers and switches **Requirements:** * Knowledge of LAN-based communication equipment connectivity * Experience identifying network demarcation devices * Knowledge of Routing and Switching * Knowledge of telephone system deployment * Knowledge of network components (cabling) * Willingness to travel **Guadalajara Area** Come expand your limits, make a difference, and discover the value of being part of our team.
