Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary:** The Manufacturing Engineer \& Service Cabs Implementation Coordinator ensures the successful introduction of new products and the effective deployment of service cabs by developing and validating manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation before production launch. This role bridges design, manufacturing, and service cab implementation, guaranteeing that new products and service cab solutions meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while complying with safety and regulatory. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in CPPD and design reviews to influence product and service cab design for manufacturability. * Conduct feasibility studies for components and assemblies across welding, painting, assembly, and service cab integration processes. * Guarantee adherence to APQP and PPAP requirements for all manufacturing and service cab projects. * Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and packaging teams to ensure smooth transitions for both product launches and service cab rollouts. * Lead and coordinate cross\-functional teams for the planning, scheduling, and execution of service cab implementations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and customer requirements. * Monitor and report on the progress of service cab projects, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed. **Degree Requirement:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the field. * Intermediate \- Advanced English. * Knowledge of technical drawings * Proficiency in AutoCAD and solid modelling * Working Knowledge in SAP * Knowledge of cutting machines, presses, and machining centers * Ability to conduct problem\-solving analysis. **Skills:** **Collaborative Automation:** * Describes the concepts, features, and benefits of collaborative automation. * Discusses key considerations and issues in collaborative automation. * Highlights the difference between collaborative robots and traditional robots. * Lists of applications of collaborative automation such as material handling, product inspection, etc. **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** * Use an assigned critical thinking method during decision\-making. * Gathers, organizes, and structures relevant data and ideas. * Contributes to documenting information, concepts, participants, stakeholders, and workflows. * Identifies, clarifies, and prioritizes issues. * Supports the evaluation of risks, benefits, and alternative options. **Engineering \- MFG:** * Assists in problem resolution, drafting and writing specifications for engineering practices. * Works with basic, routine components of the engineering discipline in manufacturing. * Performs basic installation, maintenance and repairs for a specific engineering function. * Follows relevant standards, policies and practices in engineering operations. * Reports on unusual engineering issues and considerations regarding manufacturing operations to senior staff. **Lean Manufacturing:** * Provides examples of the advantages and potential challenges of adopting lean principles. * Explains fundamental tools used to observe processes and detect waste. * Shares industry or organizational cases of both successful and unsuccessful lean implementations. * Identifies core lean principles and key aspects of the lean manufacturing methodology. **Manufacturing Processes:** * Working knowledge of welding process. * Capable of reading and interpreting components and assembly drawings. * Experience in creating assembly procedures and train operators. * Ability to conduct timing analysis and create assembly routings. * Knowledge of cutting machines, brake presses and machining centers. * SAP Management, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo Parametric and VSM. **Problem Solving:** * Explain the value of a disciplined approach to problem solving. * Describes problem reporting and escalation practices. * Utilizes accepted procedures for problem analysis and resolution. * Identifies key aspects of problem\-solving techniques used in own area. **Robotic Process Automation (RPA):** * Describes the concepts, features and benefits of RPA. * Lists examples of RPA applications in various industries, e.g., retail, banking, and healthcare. * Lists methods and tools that are used to develop and deploy RPA. * Discusses main considerations and issues regarding RPA. **Additional Information:** * Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas Facility. * This position is five days a week office model * Be available to rotate shifts if necessary (from 7:00 am to 5:36 pm and 9:00 pm to 6:45 am). * Availability to travel if needed (Domestic and International). * Sponsorship for foreign candidates is not available. * Relocation assistance is not available for this position. * Do not forget to include a resumé in English in your profile in Workday. **Final Details:** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including the junk/spam folder, as this is the primary correspondence method.
