




**Building Maintenance Technician** Job Objective Ensure that building facilities are maintained in optimal condition regarding operation, safety, and aesthetics, guaranteeing a healthy and safe working environment for tenants and employees with a service-oriented attitude. Specific Responsibilities in Offices * **HVAC Systems:** Monitoring and preventive maintenance of air conditioning units, filter cleaning, and thermostat control to ensure appropriate temperature in work areas. * **Low-Voltage Electrical Systems:** Replacement of lighting fixtures (LED), repair of outlets, inspection of electrical panels, and support for communication racks (UPS). * **Plumbing and Sanitary Facilities:** Maintenance of restrooms, kitchenettes, water pumping systems, and leak repairs to prevent damage to carpets or furniture. * **Finishes and Aesthetics:** Minor paint repairs, drywall patching, door adjustments, locksmithing, and office furniture maintenance. * **Emergency Systems:** Periodic inspection of fire extinguishers, emergency lights, signage, and support during fire alarm tests. * **Management of External Providers:** Supervision of specialized services such as elevator maintenance, deep cleaning, or fumigation. Candidate Profile **Required Technical Knowledge** * **Commercial Electricity:** Solid knowledge of single-phase and three-phase circuits. * **Air Conditioning:** Knowledge of Mini Split, Fan & Coil, or central package systems. * **Basic Locksmithing and Carpentry:** Adjustment of tempered glass doors, electronic locks, and furniture. Education Requirements * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of corporate buildings, hotels, or shopping centers.
