Rowan Networks is seeking a committed Maintenance Subcoordinator with leadership and management skills who will contribute to the proper functioning of our operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain constant communication with supervisors and assistant managers across different hotels. * Operatively manage the overall staff. * Conduct information gathering for the implementation of new services. * Execute additional services as required by operational needs. * Provide support for nighttime transfers when required. * Assist with procedures related to the procurement of consumables or equipment. * Cover duties of supervisors during absences (vacations or leaves). * Assume Coordinator responsibilities during their vacation periods. * Train personnel holding supervisor-level positions. * Maintain control and tracking of consumables. **Requirements:** * Degree in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Mechatronics, Maintenance, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions is desirable. * Proficiency in using tools and measurement equipment (multimeter, ammeter, hygrometer, thermostats, electrical network tester, micro-scanner for nodes, IPC tester). * Knowledge of special installations is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Driver's license is desirable. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Bi-weekly salary payment * Transportation allowance * Continuous growth and training opportunities. * Indefinite-term contract.
