Opportunity for training on property management software **Role Overview** We are seeking a Remote Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for all property maintenance requests. This role ensures that work orders are handled quickly, cost\-effectively, and with excellent communication to owners, residents, and vendors. This is a fully remote position that requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** Maintenance Coordination * Receive, log, and triage maintenance requests from residents and owners. * Assign and schedule work orders with approved vendors. * Track progress, follow up on open work orders, and ensure timely completion * Verify that work meets quality and cost expectations. Delivery Coordination * Schedule and manage property deliveries (e.g., appliances, furniture, equipment). * Communicate with vendors and residents to ensure smooth scheduling and access. * Confirm successful delivery and resolve issues quickly if they arise. Vendor \& Cost Management * Maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers. * Negotiate fair pricing and monitor vendor performance. * Review invoices for accuracy and submit for approval. Communication \& Documentation * Provide owners with timely updates on maintenance and delivery status. * Ensure residents receive clear communication about scheduling and service expectations. * Maintain accurate digital records in property management software for compliance and reporting. **Qualifications** * Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. * Critical thinking skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Customer service mindset: calm, professional, and solution\-oriented. * Tech\-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace and property management/work order software (training provided). * Previous experience in property management, vendor scheduling, or maintenance coordination preferred. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. * Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Full\-time, remote position (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET) * Pay commensurate with experience: US$8\.00 \- US$10\.00 * Paid vacation after a 90\-day probationary period. * Training provided on MasterKey’s systems and processes. * Collaborative, supportive remote team culture. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $137\.21 \- $171\.52 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote
