Join a company in constant growth and evolution. !!!We want you to be part of our team!!! **MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR** Responsibilities: * Verify compliance with preventive, corrective, and memorial maintenance programs. * Conduct assessments of mechanical issues aimed at resolution. * Review work orders and materials used in tasks performed by the team under your supervision. * Coordinate and prepare maintenance work orders affecting the maintenance of assigned machinery. * Verify resolution of mechanical issues in assigned areas, establishing improvement plans. * Source suppliers and submit requests for spare parts and supplies. * Handle confidential information such as machinery blueprints, manuals, and new projects. * Develop action plans to reduce machine downtime, ensuring productive equipment availability. * Guarantee the quality of work performed by maintenance staff, as well as by external suppliers and contractors. * Coordinate activities related to machinery assembly, relocation, commissioning, and/or services; production process improvements; and civil works for plant/office installations. Requirements: * Education: Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 5 to 8 years of maintenance experience within the metal-mechanical industry. * Solid knowledge of: Industrial electrical systems and controllers; hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision mechanics; reading of mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagrams. * Experience leading technical teams and continuous improvement projects. * Competencies: Self-management, leadership, assertive communication, results orientation, teamwork.
