Main Responsibilities (Functions): Surveillance and Monitoring: Continuously supervise critical areas, cold rooms, and access points to detect any anomalies or unsafe acts. Inventory Control: Support physical verification of goods to prevent losses or discrepancies against system records. Process Auditing: Verify that staff comply with Good Distribution Practices (GDPs) and established industrial safety protocols. Evidence Management: Prepare detailed incident reports and logs, ensuring any deviation is immediately reported to Management. Equipment Inspection: Perform safety checklists including inspection of cold rooms, doors, ramps, and proper operation of forklifts. Required Profile: Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in administrative or security-related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in operational auditing, loss prevention, asset security, or inventory control roles. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and Office applications for report preparation. Familiarity with quality management and inventory systems is desirable.
