This is a hands\-on role requiring analytical rigor, operational judgment, and the ability to translate complex labor data into actionable outcomes. You will work independently while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, particularly product and engineering, to ingest labor data, analyze performance, and continuously refine Ando’s labor intelligence systems. This role plays a direct part in customer success and in shaping the models that power Ando’s platform. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning complex deliverables with minimal oversight, eager to engage deeply with real\-world labor dynamics, and motivated to support the business wherever analytical insight is needed. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Lead end\-to\-end labor and operational analyses, transforming raw data into clear insights and recommendations. * Ingest customer labor data, constraints, and operational goals and help translate them into automated scheduling and allocation recommendations. * Analyze outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and tune analytical inputs to help customers meet coverage, cost, and performance goals. * Conduct geographic labor cost and usage analyses to inform product insights and competitive positioning. * Help develop and refine Ando’s labor matrix, a core internal model for labor prediction and optimization. * Communicate directly with customers to understand their operational realities and explain analytical findings in plain, practical language. * Partner closely with engineering and product teams to translate real\-world labor needs into product and system enhancements. * Manage multiple priorities independently, adapt to changing conditions, and contribute to adjacent analytical or operational work as needed. **Who You Are** --------------- * Restaurant or food service experience strongly preferred, with firsthand familiarity with labor dynamics, scheduling practices, and operational tradeoffs. * Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in spreadsheets, interpreting datasets, and applying structured reasoning. * Clear and effective communicator, able to work directly with customers and collaborate closely with engineers and product partners.
