Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams for material disposition **Position:** Incoming Quality Engineer **Location:** FINSA Industrial Park 1, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico **Department:** Quality **Salary:** Up to $50,000 MXN gross per month \+ above\-law benefits **Job Description** We are looking for an **Incoming Quality Engineer** to lead the control and follow\-up of **non\-conforming materials** within the quarantine area. The **DMR (Defective Material Review)** process is responsible for reviewing, controlling, and tracking defective materials, ensuring proper disposition such as **rework, return to supplier, or scrap**, while preventing impact on production and the final customer. Key Responsibilities * Lead the **DMR area and its daily operations**. * Monitor and manage **defective materials, rework activities, and supplier returns**. * Oversee the **quarantine area for non\-conforming materials**. * Generate **performance reports and KPIs** for the DMR process. * Coordinate the **operational team and prioritize activities** to support production. * Work closely with **Engineering and Quality teams** to ensure proper material disposition. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering or a related field**. * Experience in **quality, manufacturing, inventory control.** * Experience working with **SAP ERP systems**. * **Advanced English**.
