General Objective: Assist Cook A and supervisors in the preparation and presentation of all food served at Dining Venues, following company-established protocols. Responsibilities: * Prepares cold or hot dishes, ensuring food quality and temperature at service time. * Verifies that food flavor and texture conform to respective recipes. * Assists with inventory taking and supports Cook A’s duties. * Reviews and ensures correct implementation of kitchen hygiene procedures. * Completes and reviews temperature logbooks in accordance with the Distintivo H standard. * Properly maintains the FIFO system for all products stored in the assigned area. * Cleans the kitchen and tools used during and after service.
