




Job Summary: QHSE professional responsible for managing regulations, programs, audits, incidents, as well as implementing and controlling management systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages regulatory compliance and safety and hygiene programs. 2. Handles audits and supervises QHSE management systems. 3. Conducts incident investigations and root cause analysis. · Management and handling of HSE-related regulations and preparation of reports. · Handling and follow-up on Pemex’s SSPA Annex. · Development of Safety and Hygiene Programs and Emergency Response Plans. · Management and follow-up of Non-Conformance Reports, Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions, and Improvement Actions. · Handling QHSE audits or inspections required by clients or government agencies. · Implementation of QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, and programs. · Induction training for new personnel or as required, and delivery of safety talks. · Knowledge of classification and handling of hazardous waste. · Job safety analysis. · Handling, reporting, investigating, and following up on QHSE incidents. · Development of procedures and work instructions. · Conducting Root Cause Analysis. · Emergency response. · Processing regulatory filings related to Health, Safety, and Environment. · Preparation, follow-up, and control of occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality management systems. · Conducting inspections, audits, safety talks, field visits, drills, and maintaining compliance records. · Preparation of necessary documents, procedures, instructions, process maps, and forms.
