We are looking for: **Engineering Coordinator** Job Objective Coordinate, standardize, and optimize plastic injection processes, ensuring proper configuration and operation of Haitian machines, continuous improvement of production processes, efficient introduction of new products, and compliance with quality, cost, safety, and productivity standards. Job Requirements Academic Background * Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Plastics Engineering or related field. * Plastic injection process certifications desirable. Experience * Minimum 2\-3 years in plastic injection. * 2 years in leadership or coordination roles. * Proven experience with Haitian machines. * Experience in high\-volume and continuous production processes. Technical Knowledge * Thermoplastic injection (PP, PE, ABS, PS, PC, Nylon, etc.). * Process parameters and fine\-tuning. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Cold and hot runner systems. * Lean Manufacturing methodologies. * SPC, capability analysis, and statistical control. * Injection molds and their operation. Responsibilities: * 1\. Process Engineering Coordination * Coordinate the team of process engineers and technicians. * Standardize process parameters for Haitian machines (setup sheets). * Ensure proper definition of process windows. 2\. Injection Process Optimization * Analyze and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime. * Optimize injection cycles and energy consumption. * Implement improvements in cooling, filling, packing, and ejection. 3\. Technical Expertise on Haitian Machines * Advanced parameter configuration on Haitian controls (servo, pressures, speeds). * Optimization of servo\-hydraulic system usage. * Coordinate with maintenance for recurring failures. 4\. New Product Introduction (NPI) * Lead trials of new molds and transfers to production. * Define optimal processes from startup (PPAP / APQP if applicable).
