**La Fortaleza** is a Mexican company focused on providing customized electronic security solutions. Due to growth, we are seeking a technician. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Electronic Security Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of various security systems both in the field and at customer sites. Responsibilities: * Installation and configuration of analog and IP CCTV systems * Assembly and programming of alarm systems * Installation of access control and biometric systems * Structured cabling, conduit installation, and functionality testing * Preventive and corrective maintenance of security equipment * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in electronic systems * On-site customer service and basic technical support * Service documentation and technical reports Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the field (preferred) * Knowledge of CCTV, alarms, basic networking, and NVR/DVR configuration * Ability to read blueprints, perform cabling, and use tools * Valid driver’s license * Education: Technical degree in electronics, systems, or related field * Availability for field work Position type: Full-time, indefinite contract Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
