Attention to detail and fast data entry **Job Objective:** Support the entry, review, and control of technical reports derived from laboratory tests on concrete, asphalt, and earthworks, ensuring accurate data integration and compliance with internal and regulatory formats. Responsibilities: • Enter laboratory test results into digital formats. • Perform basic data review to identify inconsistencies. • Manage and archive reports digitally. • Coordinate with lab technicians to validate information. • Process information appropriately according to established software and timelines. • Organize documents, records, and files containing or safeguarding information under your responsibility. • Number pages of documentation integrated into files for appropriate control. • Monitor incoming and outgoing information requested from you. • Maintain a record of captured documentation. • Carry out necessary actions for maintenance and preservation of archival materials and equipment. • Report any situation that may compromise result accuracy. • Comply with confidentiality code. **Requirements:** • Minimum education: Completed high school (technical training in computer science, administration, or related field preferred). • No experience required. • Proficiency in computer equipment. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Good spelling and writing skills. • Attention to detail and fast data entry. **Competencies:** • Document organization and control. • High level of accuracy. • Responsibility and confidentiality. • Teamwork. • Concentration ability. • **Work Location:** Bosques de los Nogales, Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León.
