Fostering a results-oriented and disciplined work environment Bank Collections Supervisor Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor or coordinator in bank collections. Knowledge of bank portfolio management and recovery processes. Intermediate Excel skills (reporting, pivot tables, data analysis). Experience using collection management systems and platforms. Leadership ability and experience managing teams. Analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. Results orientation and goal attainment. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Flexible availability. The Bank Collections Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, directing, and supervising the activities of the collections executives’ team, ensuring compliance with the company’s established recovery targets and banking sector guidelines. Primary responsibilities include ensuring proper management of the assigned portfolio through daily performance monitoring of the team, providing guidance, feedback, and strategies to improve productivity and effectiveness indicators. Additionally, the role requires analyzing results, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing corrective actions to optimize the recovery process. The position demands leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as expertise in bank collections, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with management systems. The incumbent is also responsible for preparing performance reports, presenting daily and monthly goal progress updates, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
