Focus on quality, safety and teamwork **OPEN POSITION: WELDER** **Job Objective:** Perform metal joints using welding processes, ensuring parts are **safe, strong and of high quality**, complying with established technical and safety standards. **Knowledge and Requirements:** * Experience in **TIG welding, SMAW (MMA – manual arc)** and related processes. * Knowledge of **internal schematics or equivalent AWS/ASNT standards**. * **Ability to read and interpret blueprints, documents and technical diagrams**. * **Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience**. * **Valid welding certification** (mandatory; a **technical test will be conducted**). * Knowledge and application of **industrial safety standards**. * Proper use of **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)**. * Experience with **electric and manual tools** (angle grinders, saws, squares, clamps, etc.). * **Availability to rotate shifts**. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform welding joints according to product and process specifications. * Prepare components and surfaces prior to welding. * Apply the **appropriate welding method** for each case. * Adjust, align and secure components using measuring and clamping tools. * Use angle grinders for part preparation. * Read blueprints, review prototypes, take measurements and perform cuts or adjustments. * Weld components **manually or semi-automatically** in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead). * Ensure **operational safety** and maintain the work area in optimal condition. **Skills:** * Proactivity * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork * Results-oriented * Good communication **Are you interested?** Apply now and demonstrate your talent during the technical test.
