Leadership and strategic planning Job Description A leading Mexican company in the distribution of wound care materials and medical devices for the government sector seeks a coordinator with extensive experience in strategic management of administrative, financial, and human resources, ensuring operational efficiency of the administrative department, compliance with current regulations, and alignment of processes with corporate objectives. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree in administrative or financial fields preferred). \- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar positions. Strong knowledge of: \- Strategic planning, SMART goals, and KPI management. \- Current tax, labor, and health regulations. \- Budget administration and financial control. \- ERP systems and administrative management tools.
