Job stability Job Description We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support the operational and administrative management of our services. Responsibilities * Handle service requests via **telephone and WhatsApp**. * Review the list of available suppliers and validate their suitability for each project. * Request and manage quotations from suppliers. * Prepare quotations for clients. * Verify accuracy and consistency in administrative documents. * Process billing for services rendered. * Follow up on requests and keep internal systems updated with current information. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Administration or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel, as well as digital tools. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Ability to organize and track multiple tasks. * Strong communication skills and client- and supplier-facing interpersonal skills. * Preferred residence near the company.
