Supports general administrative tasks for area operations. **Opening:** *Administrative Secretary / Administrative Assistant* **Job Purpose:** To provide administrative and operational support to ensure order, continuity, and quality in managing internal activities: scheduling, documentation, communication, information control, and logistical coordination. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and reminders for executive and/or administrative teams. * Prepare and track administrative documentation (letters, minutes, reports, purchase requisitions). * Receive and route communications (email, phone calls, messages) with professional courtesy. * Organize physical and digital files with version control and confidentiality. * Coordinate meeting logistics (rooms, videoconferences, materials, confirmations). * Support invoicing/purchase orders/document receipt (if applicable). * Manage office supplies inventory and supplier relations (quotations, purchases, follow-up). * Enter and update databases (clients, suppliers, contracts, inventories, etc.). * Support general administrative tasks facilitating area operations. **Requirements (based on competencies):** * Education: **Completed high school diploma** or **technical degree** (preferred). * Experience: **Minimum 1 year** in administrative or assistant roles (preferred). * Proficiency with tools: **Office/Google Workspace** (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Calendar), email, and videoconferencing. * Appropriate writing and spelling skills. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up effectively.
