Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to develop, draft, and grade industrial garment patterns, interpreting technical specifications and collaborating with design and production teams. Ability to interpret technical specifications and work collaboratively in a team **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Pattern Making, Garment Construction, or related field. * **Minimum 5 years of proven experience** as a Pattern Maker in industrial, corporate, or uniform apparel. * Proficiency in pattern-making software (preferably **Audaces or Gerber**). * Knowledge of grading, drafting, pattern scaling, and garment fitting adjustments. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and collaborate effectively with designers and production teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, draft, and grade patterns for industrial, corporate, or uniform garments. * Interpret technical specifications and design drawings to produce precise templates. * Conduct size-fitting tests, garment fittings, and technical adjustments to optimize production. * Collaborate with design and production departments to ensure templates meet quality standards. * Supervise correct application of measurements, seam allowances, and garment construction processes. * Support optimization of time and material usage during product development.
