This position is responsible for executing the key steps in a sales process—such as prospecting, client visits, product demonstrations, evaluation, and quoting—in order to successfully market the company’s products and brands. Above all, it must capture the customer’s voice and ensure their satisfaction. **What will you be doing?** * Quoting products and services. * Prospecting, identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and closing sales. * Achieving results: attaining a minimum annual sales target of USD 500,000. * Training client personnel on product usage and maintenance. * Analyzing and reporting on market trends and opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Residency in Zapopan or Guadalajara, Jalisco; valid visa and ability to travel. * Experience in sales or customer service within the industrial sector. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic English proficiency. * Prior experience with aluminum profiles and accessories is desirable. * Knowledge and application of corporate and industrial sales techniques. * Demonstrable knowledge and application of the sales process. * Familiarity with associations, databases, and channels for market entry in Jalisco. * Ability to manage multiple projects, sales, and clients simultaneously. * Strict discipline in CRM reporting (preferably HubSpot) is mandatory. * Energy, empathy, and a results-oriented mindset, with strong customer focus. **Essential Competencies:** * Ability to generate solutions to conflicts. * Responsibility, Proactivity, and Commitment. * Focus on both internal and external customers. * Effective communication: Assertiveness, Clarity of Ideas, and Leadership Expression. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Savings Fund. * 30 days’ Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). * Attractive uncapped commission scheme based on profit derived from sales.
