Job Summary: Supervises and implements physical security programs, managing operations, compliance, investigations, audits, and training to ensure security awareness. Key Highlights: 1. The Primary Physical Security Representative is responsible for supervising and implementing physical security programs based on standards, policies, and procedures related to physical security and services at assigned sites. This position manages daily physical security operations, compliance, investigations, audits, and training, and is responsible for implementing and managing a security awareness program for employees. Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits of assigned locations against the points mentioned and communicate observations to the Security Operations team (Security Operations Supervisor and Senior Officer/Manager). Various policies and procedures related to security, standard services, and customer-specific requirements. Industry-specific standards, such as PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, SOC2, etc. Assist in developing training plans to address identified gaps and ensure physical security operations at the assigned site(s). Maintain relationships with security service and system vendors to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and system upgrade services. Coordinate and conduct semi-annual fire evacuation drills at facilities. Manage all maintenance contracts for security systems covering all installed and to-be-installed security technology across all locations. Ensure training and onboarding of security personnel, plant guards, security staff, and new employees. Requirements: Completed high school education. No prior experience required. Weekly pay. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong communication skills; able to understand and deliver security-related instructions. Ability to explain audit observations and teach corrective actions.
