Professional, dynamic, and flexible work environment Full Job Description IT Support Cancun is looking to integrate passionate Junior Field Engineers with an interest in technology and professional development in the fields of telecommunications and technical support. You will participate in projects related to Telmex Uninet, performing equipment installations, configurations, and maintenance. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and continuous technical support. Main Responsibilities Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment (routers, switches, access points, UPS, and servers). On-site technical support for telecommunications sites (SITE). Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer equipment. Preparation of technical reports using Microsoft Office. RJ45 cable crimping and resolution of incidents in networks and technological equipment. Requirements Technical diploma, incomplete degree, or recent graduate in Systems, Electronics, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields. Basic knowledge of computer networks and telecommunications. Laptop is mandatory, with the following minimum specifications: Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 (or higher) processor 8 GB RAM (minimum) Gigabit Ethernet port or external adapter compatible with VLANs Windows 10 or 11 operating system Desirable tools (not mandatory): screwdrivers, multimeter, helmet, safety vest, network cables, and console cable. Flexible schedule availability (morning or afternoon) and weekends. Learning attitude, commitment, and passion for technology. Terms and Benefits Service-based payment: $400 MXN per activity. Training period: one activity per day. IDC Junior period: up to four activities per day (subject to availability). Flexible schedule, ideal for students.
