




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service and Support Executive to manage helpdesk requests and coordinate maintenance activities, delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end helpdesk request management 2. Coordination of maintenance schedules and agendas with management 3.
