Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration (Incomplete studies with ≥50% completion, candidate status, or degree certificate and professional license) • 2 years of sales experience managing an SME client portfolio. • Flexible availability regarding working hours. Competencies: • Communication • Adaptability • Frustration tolerance • Follow-up • Service-oriented attitude • Results orientation • Proactive Technical Competencies: • Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce Functions and Responsibilities: • Conduct client visits • Perform follow-up calls on a weekly basis. • Prospect, follow up on, and onboard new clients. • Follow up on and serve clients referred by the Call Center. • Generate daily sales and activity reports. • Deliver price lists and catalogs, and inform clients about price changes as well as new product launches. • Prepare and follow up on quotations. • Negotiate and draft commercial agreements. • Conduct inventory checks at client warehouses to present suggested order proposals. • Train clients. • Support distributors in specification-related activities. • Promote the brand. • Manage collections from assigned clients. • Propose improvements to assigned daily activities. • Participate in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
