




Job Summary: Supervise kitchen operations, prepare and develop menus, ensure cleanliness, and comply with company processes and policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Kitchen operation coordination 2. Menu and dish preparation and cooking 3. Inventory control and supply management * Kitchen supervision. * Setup and breakdown of workstations, equipment cleaning and disinfection. * Menu and seasonal dish preparation or cooking. * Compliance with company processes and policies. * Warehouse organization. * Report any incidents occurring within your area or involving your products. * Arrange merchandise requested by the warehouse or suppliers. * Maintain cleanliness of your work area. * Prior preparation of daily requirements. * Maintain personal appearance and hygiene. * Manage first-in, first-out (FIFO) of supplies. * Adhere to established working hours. * Coordinate kitchen operations, shifts, stock levels, and production. * Regularly report surpluses and shortages (8/6 and 9/11). * Monitor products being sent out for service. * This job description is illustrative, not exhaustive.
