




At **Casino Life Mérida**, we are looking for a **Waiter Captain** with leadership, service attitude, and passion for hospitality, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring proper customer service within the Food and Beverage area, guaranteeing compliance with the company's established quality and service standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the daily work of waitstaff, assigning stations and responsibilities. * Verify that the service area is in optimal condition before, during, and after shifts. * Ensure compliance with customer service, cleanliness, and staff appearance standards. * Personally attend to customers in special cases, complaints, or specific requests. * Assist in taking orders and supervise their accurate delivery and billing. * Coordinate communication between the service area, kitchen, and bar to ensure smoothness and efficiency. * Control and record area consumption, cashouts, and reports. * Verify compliance with food and beverage hygiene handling policies. * Train and motivate waitstaff to maintain high performance and service levels. * Participate in inventory, material control, and supply requisitions. * Report incidents, requirements, and improvement suggestions to the Food and Beverage Management. ### **Job Requirements** * **Age:** 25 years and older. * **Gender:** Indistinct. * **Education:** Completed high school or technical degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in supervisory or leadership roles within restaurants, bars, or casinos. * **Knowledge:** * Dining service techniques. * Customer service and care. * Order control and cashouts. * Hygienic handling of food and beverages. * Inventory and requisition control. * Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems. * **Skills:** * Leadership, effective communication, service orientation, teamwork, conflict resolution, positive attitude, and organization ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities within the group. * Excellent work environment.
