Your experience and skills in human resources and recruitment will be essential in contributing to the development of effective staffing strategies. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process; your ability to communicate effectively and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal teams. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related field. * Experience in field recruitment processes (flyering, posting, resume exchanges, and job fairs). * Candidate selection and hiring experience. * Contract preparation. * Proficiency with various recruitment platforms. * Valid driver's license.
