We are looking for an **educational content specialist** to help us **write and review** content, ensuring pedagogical quality and curricular coherence. **Job Description** As an **Educational Content Specialist**, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and adapting digital teaching materials for Kiba. Your work will be key to ensuring that the content maintains a balance between academic rigor, didactic clarity, and engagement for elementary and middle school students. You will work remotely and collaborate with Kiba's educational design and development team. **Main Responsibilities** * Write **STEAM lessons** (Mathematics, Science, Technology, etc.) aligned with the K\-12 curriculum. * Review pedagogical clarity, writing, and difficulty level. * Adapt materials for use within Kiba's digital environment. * Suggest improvements in structure, sequence, and learning objectives. * Ensure consistency in tone, format, and style across different lessons. * Guarantee compliance with pedagogical standards and competency-based approach. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Didactics, Educational Communication, or related field. * Proven experience in **writing, editing, or designing K\-12 educational content**. * Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills in neutral Spanish. * Familiarity with active methodologies (project-based learning, gamification, etc.). * Desired: experience with LMS platforms or EdTech projects. * Remote work mode. **We Offer** * Project-based contract with potential for extension. * Payment per block of delivered lessons (to be agreed based on experience). * Remote work and flexible hours. * Opportunity to participate in an innovative EdTech company. * Growth opportunities within Kiba's pedagogical team. **Location and Work Mode** * Remote work (Mexico). * Project-based.
