Opportunity to work in various specialized maintenance areas **POSITION:** Maintenance Technician **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Perform necessary maintenance tasks to preserve the company's branches by correctly using materials and tools, ensuring overall store functionality and aesthetics. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Perform tasks in finishes, drywall, electrical installations, hydraulic and sanitary systems, metalwork, masonry, waterproofing, painting, etc. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at stores to improve aesthetics and functionality for customers. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: Over 24 years old * Experience: 1–3 years as a specialized technician in drywall, electricity, finishes, masonry, or plumbing. * Education: Minimum primary school level. * Willingness to travel and/or work flexible hours. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Finishes, electricity, hydraulics, sanitation, masonry, plumbing, painting, waterproofing, or some of these areas. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Service-oriented attitude * Honesty * Responsibility **WORK SCHEDULE:** Night shifts from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing Work Location: On-site employment
