***Join our great team *** Schedules: * 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM * 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM **It is important to have availability to rotate shifts** **You Only Need:** * Education: bachelor's degree * Gender: indifferent * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Monitorista / video surveillance operator * Experience in handling CCTV and satellite tracking, * knowledge in operating computer equipment / recording, * Basic knowledge of occupational safety regulations. * Crisis management knowledge * **AVAILABILITY TO ROTATE SHIFTS** **Skills:** * Service attitude * Sense of urgency and problem resolution * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Negotiation skills **Functions:** * Identify and report any non-compliance with company policies and/or procedures. * Surveillance through CCTV monitoring in department or self-service stores. * Personnel management and resolution of risky situations. * Issue reports of detected events or those requested by area managers within the established timeframe depending on urgency.
