Coordinate maintenance and supervision of work performed to ensure proper administration of the building, insurance policies, and vehicle fleet. Support the management of common general services for the company’s operational areas. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the Distribution Directorate in its general functions, particularly in handling procedures, calendar administration, travel reservations and verifications, among others. * Provide and track building and fixed-asset maintenance programs. * Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the building by verifying closure evidence of work orders issued to building infrastructure providers. * Track meeting minutes generated by the Directorate’s meetings. * Manage documented information generated and sent to the Directorate. * Schedule and manage appointments and meetings requested with the Directorate. * Ensure timely delivery to the Directorate of information requiring approval and/or signature. * Maintain control over official correspondence folios issued by the Directorate. * Cafeteria service administration * Waste collection administration * Cleaning staff administration * Serve as Champion for Element 28 of the Safety Management System * Process travel reservations, flights, and travel advances (per diems) for local personnel. * Administer insurance policies for assets essential to operations. * Review the status of the vehicle fleet regarding insurance policies, payments of registration fees or renewals, and traffic fines. * Prepare monthly operational results reports by collecting required information from area managers for consolidation and subsequent submission to the Director. * Adhere to the Company’s established policies for proper record administration and handling, performing control, maintenance, and file cleanup activities to support departmental compliance and sustainability. * Support the management and monitoring of general services, including vehicle disposal, sale or leasing; payment of administrative services (messenger services, office equipment leasing, vehicle fleet leasing, etc.). * Assist in other assigned activities or projects. * Knowledge and application of environmental, safety, and hygiene-related regulations, laws, and other legal or corporate requirements. **MAIN REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related field. 3+ years in a similar or administrative role.
