Foster a warm, respectful, and stimulating environment **Therapist Assistant – Mérida, Yucatán** **Part-time (08:00–14:00 h) – Monday to Friday** A child therapy and development center is seeking a **Therapist Assistant** to support sessions with girls and boys. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in special education, pedagogy, or related fields who wish to gain experience in inclusive environments. **Responsibilities** * Assist the lead therapist during group sessions. * Prepare teaching materials and workspaces before and after each session. * Support sensory, cognitive, and motor activities. * Observe children’s participation and behavior, sharing findings with the team. * Foster a warm, respectful, and stimulating environment. * Participate in internal planning and feedback meetings. **Requirements** * Student or recent graduate in special education, pedagogy, or a related field. * No prior experience required. * Empathetic, enthusiastic attitude with willingness to learn. * Organized, punctual, and possessing strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills. * Genuine interest in working with girls and boys in inclusive environments. **Schedule** **Monday to Friday, 08:00–14:00 h or 08:00–16:00 h.** **Compensation** * **$8,000 per month** (part-time). * Full-time option: **$11,000 gross**. **Location** Mérida, Yucatán. **How to Apply** Apply via Indeed and briefly tell us why you are interested in working in child development.
